SoGames built the Tipsy app as an Ad-supported app. This SERVICE is provided by SoGames at no cost and is intended for use as is.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. Advertising (AdMob)
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements to support the development of our application. These advertising services may use device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and approximate location data to serve relevant ads tailored to your interests.
In-App Purchases
The Tipsy app offers in-app purchases. All transactions are processed by Google Play. SoGames does not collect or store your bank or credit card information. We only retain a purchase history (type of product purchased) to unlock the corresponding features within the app.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

Children’s Privacy and Mature Content
Tipsy is a game intended for an adult audience (alcohol references). We do not address anyone under the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children or minors. In the case we discover that a minor has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
